I’ve been using Outslayer for a little while now, and so far it seems like a good deal for the price. I’m not totally sure how it’ll hold up long term, but at this point I don’t really have any complaints.

I had a small issue with my server and reached out to support, and they got back to me quick. They explained everything in a really simple way and had it fixed without making me wait fooorever. really good customer service.

I had a small issue with my unit after a few months, and I wasn’t sure if I was overthinking it or if it was actually something worth contacting them about. I reached out to outslayer anyway, and they handled the warranty really quickly. No confusing back-and-forth or anything like that. The replacement showed up fast and it’s been working fine so far.

The case arrived fine and it does technically work, but I can’t help noticing the bad parts more than anything else. The build just feels a little cheap, especially with the side panel not sitting flush. Then after only about a week, one of the fans started rattling, which is frustrating. It runs, sure, but for what I expected, it feels like it should have been put together a lot better...

I bought an Outslayer bag thinking it would be something I could count on for a while, but after just a few months the stitching near the top started coming loose. I’m not doing anything wild with it either, just regular workouts a few times a week.
It still hangs there and technically works, but it already feels like it’s breaking down way too soon. It’s not even about that it got used, because of course it’s a punching bag, it’s more that for the price I expected it to hold up better. Maybe mine was just a bad one, but I’m disappointed.

I was excited to get my order, but the shipping ended up taking way longer than I expected :/ It finally arrived, but the wait was frustrating...

Just a quick warning for anyone who’s been burned before by punching bags showing up lighter than advertised: I ordered from Outslayer and was ready to double-check everything as soon as it arrived.

I put it on a scale after delivery, and the weight was basically right on with what they listed. Maybe a tiny difference, but nothing that felt shady or worth worrying about.
It feels sturdy once hung up, and there were no weird surprises. If you’re cautious about bag weight like I was, this one checked out for me. Easy 5 stars.

I ordered from outslayer.com the packaging was great. The box was sturdy, everything inside was wrapped up securely, and there wasn’t a dent or bit of damage anywhere. It’s just nice when a company takes the basic care to make sure your stuff shows up the way it should. Happy with the whole thing and I’d definitely order again.
